Victorinox

Tomo – Global Launch

THE PROJECT

The new global online and instore campaign ‘Victorinox Tomo – modern art cutting’ saw the launch of the new Victorinox Tomo – the very first re-design of the classic Swiss Army Knife. The Victorinox Tomo (Japanese term for friend or companion) balances Japanese design with Swiss precision, creating the perfect creative tool.

British paper cutting artist Rob Ryan was commissioned to create bespoke modern art cuttings for the brand and also delivered some master classes on modern art cutting, featured on the Tomo website. We also created the #alphabunting generator that turns any written message on twitter or facebook into individual artworks using a bespoke alphabet.

To celebrate the launch we also organised the official launch party at Victorinox’s flagship store on Bond street.
